The HVF Brand - what it means to you: As a contract manufacturer, we have learned A LOT through the years and the most important thing we have learned is not to blindly trust manufacturers trying to sell us a line of goods stating “quality”. We do our own research and CONTRACT only those manufactures that will supply the QUALITY we require and build goods to our specifications. It is ONLY this product that will carry the HVF Brand - exclusively, with no other manufacturer mark. This Branded Product in itself will carry a 2-year warrantee against defects, natural wear and tear, but not customer abuse or neglect.
It is for the LOVE of the horse and the passion of making things wonderful between horse and rider that drive our vision in providing only the best for the one you love.

SADDLE RETURN POLICY: In order for our money-back guarantee to be in effect, you must agree to the following:. When test riding this saddle, do not use the pad that came with this order. Use your own pad, as this will ensure that the saddle will remain clean from animal contact. Select a pad that is no more than 1/2 inch thick. Make sure to draw up the pad so that it does not bind the horse’s spine. A saddle ordered with silver and or tooling there will be a Kr. 3000 restocking fee.

RETURNS TO: Hill View Farms *1535 West Central St.* Springfield, MN 56087 and Den Beste Sal, Løkengutua 23, 2720 Grindvoll. All returns must have a copy or original invoice with credit card slip in order to receive credit. All items must be in original bags with tags attached. Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Returns beyond 30 days, in a used condition or without tags will not be accepted. Trial period on saddles will be stated in the "terms" of the original invoice. Any saddle returned in a used condition will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. I understand that the shipping and handling is non-refundable and that I can be accessed up to Kr. 1000 in additional handling fees if I do not follow this return procedure.

Many of the products are made exclusively for Hill View Farms and will carry the HVF brand which can be customized for little to no charge
Return Policy: All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. Any item returned beyond 30 days will not be accepted. Any items returned in a "used" condition will not be accepted. For all custom orders there is no return unless it was found to be a mistake made by Hillview Farms or Den Beste Sal. Once a return is received in house a credit will be issued within 48 hours or on the next business day. All returns are to be sent to Den Beste Sal, Løkengutua 23, 2720 Grindvoll, Norway.

All warrantees from any manufacturer are limited to the original purchase price of the product and to the original purchaser who must have a copy of the original receipt for the item in question.

SERVICE MANUAL & WARRANTEE FOR THE SADDLES

Warranty duration:

New products carry a two-year guarantee for materials and construction defects valid as of the purchase date. This guarantee applies to our entire line of Hill View Brand of products. Saddletrees carry a 10-year guarantee against breakage under normal use conditions, broken while in use on the horse. The Saddletree shall be replaced and the saddle reassembled at no charge by Hill View Farms LLC.

In order to fulfil our warranty terms of validity, the defective product or product part must be delivered to Den Beste Sal within the applicable warranty period so that we can send it to Hill View Farms LLC in Minnesota. Warranty conditions will only be honoured if said products are delivered with an original invoice or some other form of proof of purchase indicating purchase date, article number and the name of authorized agent from whom products were purchased. These documents must be complete and readable. Hill View Farms LLC will repair, upon timely notification and within the warranty duration, all defects with no charge for substitute parts or labour. When returning products that is under warrantee, you are responsible for the cost of shipping & insurance back to Hill View Farms LLC. The shipping and Handling fee is non-refundable. Hill View Farms LLC and it`s authorized dealers are not responsible for any costs for damage higher than products costs, and are in no case liable for damages associated with the use of our products. Liability of Hill View Farms LLC shall be limited to the price of the item in question weather it be tack or saddle and the said company shall not be responsible or liable for consequential damages. Warranties herein are in lieu of all other warrants either express or implied and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description of the face here of. Customer may have additional rights by laws and provided. Jurisdiction with regard to any return privileges of warranty disputes shall be restricted to the State of Minnesota and Minnesota laws shall apply.

Warranty Exemptions

This warranty shall not apply to any saddles or accessories, which have been modified or damaged while being used in a manner or for a purpose not intended by the manufacturer. Exempted from our warranty are parts or products that show the effects of natural wear and tear. Also exempted are defects that are independent of materials or construcion. These include the following:

Damage through negligent use or accidents unrelated to normal use.
Damages related to improper or negligent care. Our care instructions and observations are included in these warranty terms and conditions.
Damages incurred through inappropriate use of our products.
Faulty repairs or modification of products by parties unauthorized by Hill View Farms LLC.
Defects occurring from the use of subsitute parts unauthorized by Hill View Farms LLC.
